Service Day & Time
Our crews work Monday through Friday. They are in certain areas on each day of the week, so a specific mow day will be assigned to you. Our crews follow the same route every week so that you can expect them on your assigned day. If your yard is not mowed by 5 PM, please be aware that our crews will work until sun down if needed. If there is a delay and you are not completed on your scheduled mowing day, you will be completed the following morning.
Skipping Request
If you would like to skip services any given week, the office must be notified by 3 pm the day before your scheduled mowing. (i.e. If your mowing day is Wednesday, you must let us know by 3 pm on Tuesday). If we receive a skipping request after hours or over the weekend, we will try our best to communicate this with the crew; however, we may not be able to guarantee you can be skipped.
Yearly Renewal
Mowing services do no automatically renew. You must notify us at the beginning of each year to secure your spot.
Rain Delays
Wet conditions may affect our schedule at any time. If it rains at any point during the week, the crews may have to suspend and/or cancel services for that day which will put the entire schedule behind. Once our schedule has been delayed, we will resume where we left off on the following dry day. Please be advised if there are multiple rain days in a row, we may have to skip your mowing entirely. We do send scheduling delays and updates when warranted.
Holidays
We are closed for all major government Holidays. If this falls on a Monday-Friday, our schedule will be adjusted and your schedule may be affected that week. We do send scheduling delays and updates when warranted.
Items In The Lawn
We ask that you please remove toys, lawn chairs, or any other items from your lawn prior to our crew showing up for service. This will ensure no property is damaged during our visit.
Gates & Pets
Our crews are very careful about closing gates, but we do not guarantee that a pet will not escape from the yard; therefore, you accept our service with this provision. To avoid this, please make sure your pets are inside on your scheduled day. If your pet is outside, we will not enter to mow that area of your property. If your gate is locked and we can not unlock the gate we will not be able to service that area of your property.
Bi-Weekly Schedule (every 2 weeks)
Bi-weekly mowing services are only available after Memorial Day. Weekly mowing is required until then.

Liability
Marty Mows shall not be liable for damages by reason of any delay in commencement or completion of work due to causes beyond its control and without its fault or negligence including, but not limited to, acts of God or of the public enemy, acts of the government, fires, floods, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, strikes, freight embargoes, unusually severe weather or delays of a subcontractor due to such causes. In addition, customer shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Marty Mows and any of its employees, agents and subcontractors from any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including but not limited to attorney’s fees arising from any damage, loss, or injuries caused directly or indirectly to any and all property, persons or entities.
