Policies

Billing Requirements and Schedule

We require all mowing customers to have a credit card on file for automatic billing. We process payments every other Monday. Please be aware you are only charged for mowings actually received. Should the customer or the weather prevent a service from occurring, you are not charged.


Credit Card Fee

There will be a 3% credit card fee applied to all landscaping and construction jobs should you choose to pay by credit card. If you would like to pay by check for your landscaping or construction job, the fee can be removed. Because we require credit cards for mowing payments, this fee is not applied to mowing services.


Deposit Requirements

When approving landscape or construction services, we do require a 50% deposit in order to schedule. This can be paid by credit card or check. Once the deposit is received, your job will be scheduled.


Declined Payments

We reserve the right to suspend services at any time should your payment decline. Your account will remain suspended until payments are received. 


Credit Card Authorization

By signing up for services, you authorize Marty Mows to process all amounts, charges and/or payments due to Marty Mows to your debit/credit card on file.

Liability

Marty Mows shall not be liable for damages by reason of any delay in commencement or completion of work due to causes beyond its control and without its fault or negligence including, but not limited to, acts of God or of the public enemy, acts of the government, fires, floods, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, strikes, freight embargoes, unusually severe weather or delays of a subcontractor due to such causes. In addition, customer shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Marty Mows and any of its employees, agents and subcontractors from any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including but not limited to attorney’s fees arising from any damage, loss, or injuries caused directly or indirectly to any and all property, persons or entities.
